New Otakon Guest News! and More!

In less than 2 weeks from now, Otakon will officially be underway and they have announced some very outstanding guests to top out their list of Honored Guests:




Masao Maruyama - Madhouse founder and creative director of several hit anime shows. This will be his 7th's Otakon Appearance.

Hidenori Matsubara - The character designer of "Oh My Goddess!" He also worked as an animator for Gunsmith Cats, the Evangelion TV Series and is also working with Hideaki Anno on Evangelion 2.0.

Yukio Kikukawa - Best known for his work as the producer of "Legend of the Galactic Heroes."










Noboru Ishiguro - Director of "Space Battleship Yamato" and "Macross." This will be his first Otakon Appearance

In Otakon Sailor Moon News, Usagi Chiba has informed me of two Day Photo Shoots taking place at Otakon: (Day meaning "setting")

Friday July 17th- Sailor Moon: (1st gathering) Time: 6:00pm Location: Fountains

Saturday July 18th- Sailor Moon: (2nd gathering) Time: 2:00pm Location: (Indoor) Fountains

Thanks to Usagi Chiba for letting me know about these photo shoots!

For those who are interested, Usagi Chiba and I will be putting together our own Night Photoshoot for Friday July the 17th. We will meet up at the Fountains at 10pm that night where we will move to a better location outside for pictures.

I am still waiting on confirmation of a time and location for 2 Sailor Moon Panels being featured at Otakon this year, one of them being headed-up by Warriors of Legend Photographer, Yosenex Orengo! The other panel will be geared towards a Mature Audience due to the nature of the Sailor Moon information within (Hentai).
